The Heart and Mind Virtual Retreat

At Breaking Waves Counseling (BWC) we are committed to providing services that allow each individual we work with the opportunity to seek direction and begin their journey towards healing and manifestation. Currently our therapy/counseling services are offered to residents of Arizona. However, through our increase of growing partnerships and our inclusion of virtual retreats to our list of services, we are excited to be extending our services nationwide.

The Heart and Mind Virtual Retreat is an all female 3 day retreat that will allow you to define exactly what burnout is to you. You may not understand what you’re feeling or why you’re feeling a certain way towards coworkers or loved ones. You could be feeling like something is “off” or “not right” within. You could be feeling that you have given your all and you’re not receiving the fruits of your labor, whether professionally or personally.

This retreat will provide professional women the opportunity to learn from both personal and shared experiences, allowing for proper healing and personal growth in a safe, non-judgemental setting.
What is special about this 3 day retreat is the teachings of Yoga as a healing activity that will use the mind/body/emotional connection for introspection and perception.

You will have six amazing guides (including me, Vernice owner of BWC), each with different experiences of working with a variety of individuals experiencing burnout and an amazing yoga instructor who will be your guide in making the mind/body/emotional connection.
